Founder: Vladimir P. Reshetin

Dr. Vladimir P. Reshetin, a successful international scientific and IT project manager, founded Cactussoft in Minsk, Belarus. He authored or co-authored over one hundred national and international scientific publications and frequently speaks at international conferences and events. In 2006, he was listed in "Who's Who in Science and Engineering.

Vladimir graduated from Moscow Physical and Technical University and has a PhD in physics and applied mathematics. His awards include:

• Belarusian National Academy of Science Award for research entitled "Linear and nonlinear dispersion elements for forming space and time structures of laser beams"
• Heat and Mass Transfer Institute of National Academy of Science Award for research entitled "Propagation of laser induced detonation waves in metallic capillaries"
• Moscow Institute for Technology Research Award for inventing nonlinear multilayer interferential mirrors.
